Every wedding cake is designed exclusively for you, combining beautiful craftsmanship with exceptional flavour to create a truly unforgettable centrepiece for your celebration.
If you would like to book a personalised wedding cake design consultation, please complete my contact form with as much information as possible about your wedding, including your venue, wedding date, estimated guest numbers and any design ideas you already have. I also love receiving inspiration photos, Pinterest boards and colour palettes to help me understand your vision.
Once I receive your enquiry, my team will confirm my availability and, if your date is available, invite you to one of our immersive wedding cake design consultations. Together, we’ll explore your ideas, discuss flavours, styles and finishes, and begin creating a bespoke luxury wedding cake that perfectly complements your wedding day.

Design Meeting
Your personalised wedding cake design consultation is your opportunity to share your wedding plans, inspiration and ideas while we create the vision for your bespoke luxury wedding cake. Together, we’ll discuss your venue, styling, favourite design elements and the details that will make your cake uniquely yours.
Before your consultation, you’ll receive a beautifully packaged wedding cake tasting box delivered to your door, so you can enjoy a selection of my signature flavours during our meeting. If you have any dietary requirements, allergies or flavour preferences, simply let us know on your planning questionnaire before your samples are prepared.
The consultation fee is £75, including your luxury cake tasting box and design consultation. If you choose to book Rachel Clare Cake Design for your wedding, the full £75 will be deducted from your final balance.

Bespoke Proposal
After a tasting and design consultation, Rachel provides you with a bespoke proposal detailing the creation and design of your wedding cake. Every wedding cake is always hand-delivered within London and the Home Counties.

Your Investment
The pricing of your wedding cake will reflect the level of detail and decoration in your design; as every cake is unique there is no standard pricing, however as a guide a 2 tier cake starts from £550, 3 tiers from £625, 4 tiers (small) from £725, 4 tiers (large) from £795, 5 tiers from £895 and cupcake towers from £550
Your quote includes your consultation, design plan, delivery and set up at venue within a 20-mile radius; beyond this there is a delivery charge of 50p per mile. I also include the loan of one of my timelessly beautiful cake stands at no extra charge as it’s important that your cake is shown to its best advantage.
Please note: I do not make naked or semi-naked wedding cakes.
