I have been creating beautiful wedding cakes since 2014 when I established my first business, Sugar Designs. Born from my love of sugar craft design, I poured my energies into developing my relaxation hobby into a highly successful business.
The culmination of my skills, expertise and outstanding reputation among clients and suppliers has brought me to the natural evolution of my new luxury brand: Rachel Clare Cake Design. I take huge pride in my work, having consistently won international awards for my designs with the prestigious Cake International group.
I have also been a regional finalist for several wedding specialist awards based on the strength of recommendations from my clients. Rachel Clare Cake Design is a luxury brand specialising in beautiful couture wedding cakes in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and London.

At Rachel Clare Cake Design I am always creating new designs or experimenting with flavours in my bespoke studio in Buckinghamshire. When I’m not creating gorgeous cakes, I love spending time with my family. My adorable niece and nephew are just as committed to baking and making sparkling cake decorations as me! Since becoming a professional cake-maker my relaxation hobby has moved to crafting where I am on a mission to make as many hand-made cards as possible!
